This page covers the Lengthsman website and the early-access list. It will be extended when the Lengthsman platform opens.

Who we are

Lengthsman, Diamant 54, 1703 EW Heerhugowaard, The Netherlands, is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 42113886 (Dutch VAT number NL005504470B71). Questions about your data can be sent to privacy@lengthsman.com.

What we collect, and why

When you join the early-access list, we store:

• your email address, to tell you when your account is ready;
• your first name, if you give it, to address you by name in that email;
• your website address and the path you’d like to watch first, if you give them, so we can invite teams Lengthsman suits first;
• which form you used and when you joined.

We don’t send newsletters or marketing email, and we don’t share or sell your details. We use them only for the purposes above, based on your consent when you join the list.

Where it’s stored and for how long

The list is stored on our own server in the Netherlands. We keep your details until your account is ready and you’ve been invited, or until you ask us to remove them, and at most 12 months after you joined.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. Fonts are served from our own server, so visiting the site doesn’t send your details to anyone else.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your details, or to take you off the list: email privacy@lengthsman.com. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
